PIEDS DE PLOMB

Pieds de Plomb is a curatorial prosthetic, or “pro-aesthetic”.

I have noticed how you need to slow down a bit when you enter an art space in order to start focusing. “Pieds de Plomb” are slippers. Very heavy slippers filled with lead. You slip them on when you enter a museum space and they slow you down.

I developed some prototypes but I am not yet ready to show them. Still some testing is required.
